12-week Family Strengthening Group
Our 12-week Family Strengthening Group is designed to help families build stronger bonds and improve communication. Through a series of workshops and activities, families will learn valuable skills to enhance their overall well-being. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony where participants receive a certificate of completion.
Small Bites Workshop Series
Our Small Bites Workshop Series focuses on health and nutrition education in a fun and interactive format. Participants can choose to attend the full series or select individual workshops based on their interests. Each workshop covers a different topic related to healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
